As everyone can have easy access to the Internet, anyone can at his own discretion and anytime, not only receive information but in the reverse, upload information onto the Internet. This kind of easy access is brought about by the nature of the electronic environment, in which it is designed for people to enter and exit almost effortlessly.  All one needs is to acquire the technical know-how to upload information.  The fact that it is so easy to register for web space these days didn’t help much either.  This might seem a trivial affair to some.  But if we were to see this in a different context say, in an academic environment, it might be a different story altogether.  Let’s look at this from the perspective of an academic site.
