Besides, if I were to put up my own theory in say, “human relations”, would my theory be as credible as one that is by a psychology professor from Harvard University?  My point is, the electronic environment has made the flow of information so “open” that the reliability of information received must be questioned.  Due to the above problem and coupled with the fact that there is no official “editorial body” in the environment to vet through such information, the user therefore, has to be able to optimally judge the information for himself.
